Pet-friendly community
Pets are welcome here!
Northridge Village is a pet-friendly community that understands pets are part of the family. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 and pet rent of $30/month apply. Pets must be 65 pounds or lighter, and we allow a maximum of two dogs or cats per home. Restricted breeds include pitbull, Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Doberman, Chow Chow, or any wolf hybrid. Please contact our leasing office for full pet policy details.
